Cancellation
- Order can't be cancelled once it is placed.
- In case of the incorrect address, please reach out to support.
Return, Replacement, & Warranty
- We don't accept return of any products, but we happily exchange.
- We accept replacement requests only if
- The item arrives in damaged condition.
- The replacement request falls under the valid warranty claim, please refer to "Limited Warranty" clause mentioned in "Terms and Conditions" page
- We will try our best to provide like for like replacement but it is subject to availability. If the same variant is out of stock, we will provide the another variant with same functions.
- Please report any damaged product received issues within 2 days of delivery—along with proof (photos / videos help a lot!).
- Please report warranty claim cases within the warranty period along with the proof.
- Once accepted, we'll schedule a pickup within 7 working days.
- The returned item must be in original condition—sealed, complete with all parts, and with the invoice.
100% Refund Scenarios
We'll offer a full refund (no deductions!) if:
- The product runs out of stock after your order
- We're unable to deliver in the promised time plus 10 days
- We accept your return but can't provide a replacement
- We cancel the order for any reason
Refund Timelines
- Refunds take 5–7 working days to show up in your account.
- Refunds will be credited to the same account you used for the purchase.
- A refund ID will be shared for reference. If there's a delay, your bank will have more info than we do.
Note: If you've used EMI to make your purchase, please contact your bank for EMI cancellations—we don't have access to modify those.
