- If the Package Looks Damaged
When your package arrives, we kindly request that you give it a quick check before accepting it. Look out for:

- If the box looks unusually crushed or mishandled
If you notice any of the above, it's totally okay to refuse the delivery—just let the delivery person know you're not accepting it due to damage. Once we receive your report, we'll take care of the rest—whether that's sending you a replacement or issuing a refund, we're here to help.
